#Terms 1:
Prior to Rental
- Complete documentation (Soft copy of your NRIC front and back, cross check "Campers Lab Rental") as specified in the rental procedure.
- Only Malaysian citizens are eligible for rental. No foreigners.
- If you are representing any party for the rental, the responsibility lies to the renter.
- The renter must inspect the condition of the items before renting. Ensure that the items are functioning properly before renting to avoid any issues.
#Terms 2:
During Rental
- Within the rental period, renter is responsible for carefully maintaining each rented item.
- Any negligence leading to damage is the renter's responsibility, and the renter is prepared to bear all costs/compensation in case of damage.
- Campers Lab endeavors to provide equipment in the best and problem-free condition. However, if any issues arise, Campers Lab will not be held directly or indirectly responsible. All losses or costs related to damage to the rented items during the rental period are not the responsibility of Campers Lab.
#Terms 3:
Return Deposit Policy
- Deposit Requirement
A refundable deposit is required at the time of rental to secure your item. The amount will be clearly stated in the invoice.
- Return Conditions
The deposit will be returned in full only if:
- The item is returned in its original condition, free from damage or excessive wear.
- All included accessories (if any) are returned.
- The item is returned on or before the agreed return date and time.
- Deposit Deductions
Half (50%) or full (100%) deductions may be made from the deposit if:
- The item is returned late (50%: 2 days late | 100%: 4 days late).
- There is visible damage or loss of parts/accessories.
- Cleaning or repair is required beyond standard maintenance.
- Refund Timeline
Deposit refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return is completed and the item has been inspected.
- Non-Return or Cancellation
In the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation within 2 hours of the self pick-up time, the deposit may be forfeited.
- Payment Method for Refund
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
