Handling
1. Put the fire mesh (burner pad) down and put it on the fire. Heat the grate thoroughly.
2. After warming over low heat so as not to burn, place the ingredients on the grill and bake.
3. After use, let it cool down and then lightly wash it with water.
- It is hot immediately after use. Be careful of burns, and if you must touch it during use, we recommend wearing leather gloves.
- It may be deformed by heat, but this is a property of stainless steel. Natural cooling is recommended after use. Sprinkling water while it is still hot and rapidly cooling it can also cause deformation, and depending on the temperature, the stainless steel will be quenched.
- When using a heavy pot, try not to move it during cooking.
- Using the mesh while the mesh is dirty due to juice leaking out will degrade its durability and may cause holes. In addition, radiant heat may damage equipment, igniters, etc. Please use it on low heat.
- Cannot be used with alcohol burners. cause incomplete combustion.
